Job description

We are looking for a strong backend/full-stack developer with a primary focus on AI Agent development and LLM-powered solutions. The main requirement for this position is hands-on, practical experience building and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks. They are specifically looking for someone who has worked with LLMs, tool calling, agent orchestration, contextual data retrieval, and enterprise API integrations.

Along with the AI expertise, the role involves backend development using Python, C#, and ASP.NET Core, with experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and integrating enterprise systems, particularly in the payments and integrations domain. The team is also emphasizing SRE development, CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, logging, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and automation. Overall, they need someone who can build production-ready AI agent solutions while also having a strong foundation in backend engineering, integrations, and DevOps practices.

Job Description:

Role: .NET Full Stack AI Developer
Location: Redmond, WA || Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

•     Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications, ensuring secure and reliable enterprise integrations.
•     Drive SRE Development by building reliability-focused solutions, monitoring, observability, alerting, incident management automation, and performance optimization.
•     Design, develop, and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, tool calling, orchestration, contextual data retrieval, and enterprise APIs.
•     Develop AI-powered automation solutions to streamline engineering and operational workflows, incorporating agent evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
•     Implement automated testing, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions.
Required Skills:
•     8+ years of Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, C#, ASP.NET Core, and full-stack application development.
•     Solid experience in backend development, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
•     Hands-on experience in SRE development, including reliability engineering, observability, monitoring, automation, and production troubleshooting.
•     Practical experience developing LLM-powered AI agents using frameworks such as Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
•     Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production deployments.
