AI Product Manager with Agentic AI - Hybrid in TX

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

·        10 Years of experience in product management, program coordination, or delivery leadership roles in technology or cybersecurity environments.

·        Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

·        Strong ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and technical audiences.

·        Strong documentation skills, including status reporting, executive summaries, meeting notes, and action tracking.

·        Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in a high-visibility environment.

·        Familiarity with Cyber Fusion Center, cybersecurity operations, or related technical delivery environments.

·        Experience supporting AI-enabled, automation, or agentic initiatives is preferred.

·        Strong proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

·        Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability without direct authority.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
