Civil Superintendents | Traveling - Data Center Projects

A top-tier national builder is staffing up for some of the largest data center civil projects in the country. We're talking 2,000-4,000 acre sites and mass earthmoving at a scale most superintendents never get to touch. If your background is limited to solar or wind civil work, this isn't the role. But if you've run big dirt, underground utilities, and SWPPP/water testing at scale, and you can rattle off the equipment fleets you've run without blinking, we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

• Heavy civil experience on data center or comparably massive earthmoving projects


• Strong, specific equipment knowledge


• Underground utility, SWPPP, and water testing experience (civil scope, this isn't an electrical role)


• Real scheduling chops: comfortable building and driving a project schedule in tools like Microsoft Project, sequencing tasks, and knowing how to make up lost time when something falls behind


• Senior Superintendent candidates should have other superintendents reporting to them


• Full openness to travel from anywhere in the country

Compensation: Six-figure base pay scaling by level, with total packages ranging well into the mid-to-high $200Ks depending on level and experience.

Schedule: Civil runs its own rotation, a tighter 4-day cycle, on-site Friday through Monday.
