The selected candidate would be assigned to support multiple SEE (Strategic Execution and Enablement) Office initiatives that vary in size and scope across various functional areas.

Sourcing requirements include:

• 5+ years of organizational change management experience providing end-to-end change management support for large scale enterprise initiatives
• Chemicals/oil and gas industry change management experience
• Experience developing and managing change management deliverables, including, but not limited to:
• Change Management Strategies
• Comprehensive Change Management Plans
• Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Assessments
• Training Plans and Materials
• Communication Plans and Project related communications
• Mitigation Plans
• Change Readiness Assessments
• Lookbacks
• Sustainment Plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership coaching and consulting skills
• Experience working on cross-functional project teams; Must be a collaborative team player
• Facilitation and Training Experience
• Experience providing CM support on Agile and Waterfall managed projects
