The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application and system issues individually and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing of all upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Experience with commercial fire alarm systems is highly preferred (Bosch, Silent Knight). • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong time management abilities.
