Job description

About the Role
AllCare is hiring licensed phlebotomists to join our team as Field Care Partners (FCPs), serving residents at Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in Eureka and the surrounding area. In this field-based role, each facility visit combines four services: medication delivery, phlebotomy, medication reconciliation, and diagnostic testing.

You’ll be assigned to consistent facilities, so you can build real relationships with residents and staff, and you’ll have a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher supporting you on every route.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver cycle medications to assigned facilities and confirm receipt
  • Perform blood draws for scheduled residents following Quest Diagnostics standards
  • Perform diagnostic tests (TM Flow and VAT), with full training provided by AllCare
  • Verify and reconcile medication lists with nursing staff
  • Document and photograph each delivery according to AllCare’s compliance standards
  • Represent AllCare professionally in a clinical setting

Routes are structured to be completed by early afternoon.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $25–$30/hr for all hours worked, with the final rate confirmed at offer
  • Performance bonus: earned for each service successfully completed, with amounts confirmed at offer
  • Mileage reimbursement: for business miles driven on your routes

The more patients and services you complete, the more you earn.

Schedule

  • Full-time, W-2 position
  • Monday through Friday, with route days assigned weekly by Dispatch
  • Medical benefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • AllCare-branded uniform and official name badge
  • All phlebotomy supplies and equipment provided
  • Paid Med Sync and Reconciliation training
  • Paid Diagnostics training (TM Flow and VAT) after hire
  • Dedicated dispatcher support on every route
  • Valid California Phlebotomy Technician certificate (CPT I or CPT II), required
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working independently in assisted living and clinical settings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
