·       Develop strategic roadmaps that connect research findings and recommendations to practical implementation.

·       Conduct readouts and presentations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.

·       Partner with client stakeholders to align research findings with broader business objectives and organizational strategy.

·       Support the transition from strategy and design into potential implementation activities during a subsequent phase of the engagement.

·       Demonstrated experience supporting large Fortune 100 organizations in organizational research, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, strategy, transformation, or related consulting engagements.

·       Hands-on experience designing and conducting internal and external research studies.

·       Experience with focus groups, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and research-driven strategy development.

·       Proven ability to take an engagement from research → analysis → recommendations → roadmap → implementation planning.

·       Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex findings into practical business recommendations.

·       Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

·       Stellar PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, with the ability to create polished, data-driven executive presentations and analyses.

·       Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate findings and develop ROI/business impact analyses.

·       Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work in a consulting environment.
