Job Description Manhattan WMS Consultant / Retail Warehousing & Supply Chain Specialist (12+Years Experience) Position: Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant / Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Lead Professional Summary

Highly experienced Retail Warehousing and Supply Chain professional with 12+ years ofexperience in designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing WarehouseManagement Systems (WMS), with extensive expertise in Manhattan WMS. Proven trackrecord of delivering large-scale warehouse transformation programs, distribution centeroptimization, inventory management, automation integration, and end-to-end supplychain solutions within retail and omnichannel environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, upgrade, configuration, and support of ManhattanWMS solutions across multiple distribution centers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into warehouse managementsystem designs and functional specifications.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse managers, supply chainteams, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive warehouse process optimization initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service levels.
• Support system integration between Manhattan WMS, ERP platforms (SAP,Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), andautomation solutions.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, integration testing, and productiondeployment.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Order Fill Rate, On-TimeDelivery, Productivity, and Cycle Time.
• Provide production support and resolve critical warehouse operational issueswithin defined SLAs.
• Facilitate user training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with vendors, business users, and technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and industrybest practices.

• Experience with retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, and distribution centeroperations.
