Product Manager, Multilingual Experience & Adobe Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the evolution of our multilingual digital experience capabilities. This role you will establish and scale a foundational capability that enables translation, localization, and delivery of content across digital channels enabling workplace participants to access critical information, guidance, and experiences in their preferred language. The initial focus will be launching multilingual web experiences for workplace participants through AEM-integrated translation workflows, laying the groundwork for future expansion into additional channels, experiences, and languages.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for multilingual capabilities and language-access experiences.

2. Lead the implementation and expansion of translation, localization, and content management solutions across digital channels.

3. Partner across platform, engineering, content teams and a vendor partnership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

4. Establish scalable governance, automation, content reuse, and localization practices that drive operational efficiency and quality.

5. Define and measure success through data-driven KPIs, participant insights, and business outcomes.

6. Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital products, platforms, or customer-facing experiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience translating business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and requirements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management systems, digital experience platforms, or marketing technology platforms.
• Familiarity with digital content supply chains, web content governance, and publishing workflows.
