Cluster Manager

We're looking for an experienced and organized Cluster Manager to join our team in Vadodara, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cluster infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will be a decisive professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive operational excellence across our systems.

• Oversee daily cluster operations and monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization
• Manage and coordinate cluster infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and operational procedures
• Analyze cluster performance data and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve cluster-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of cluster configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices
• Plan and execute capacity planning initiatives to support organizational growth and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cluster operations with business objectives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for system improvements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in cluster management, infrastructure management, or related operational roles
• Proven expertise with cluster management tools and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Mesos, or similar platforms)
• Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and distributed systems architecture
• Demonstrated proficiency in performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline operational tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms and environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices and tools (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes and present findings clearly
