Order Fulfillment Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Athens, TX
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Every Other Saturday

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team in Athens, TX. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, staged, and prepared for shipment while supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
• Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules
• Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
