The Role

• Manage daily operations of broad-based compensation programs, including job leveling, salary structures, and annual merit processes.
• Build collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR partners to advise on compensation strategies.
• Partner closely with other People organization functions to support compensation decisions and ensure policy alignment.
• Conduct and review compensation analyses to evaluate pay issues and ensure market competitiveness.
• Provide guidance on offers, promotions, job leveling, and retention actions.
• Support the development, administration, and communication of compensation programs and policies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a compensation or analytical role.
• 3+ years of experience with complex project management.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation tools.
• Ability to build relationships and provide internal consultation to leaders.
