The Role

• Provide exceptional guest experiences by working across various departments on resort.
• Clean guest accommodation at the beginning and end of the week.
• Support guests in areas such as sports & activities, food service, bars, retail, and the fairground.
• Adapt to working in multiple departments, potentially on a daily basis, to meet operational needs.
• Engage with guests to ensure they have a fantastic stay.
• Embrace a varied role where no two days are the same.
