We are seeking an OP Nurse or Surgical Technician to join a leading orthopedic specialty clinic renowned for its innovative treatments and patient-centered care. The Role

• Perform instrumenting, assisting, and floating duties in orthopedic, trauma, spinal, and shoulder surgeries.
• Prepare, monitor, and provide post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Ensure efficient operating room workflows in four ORs, collaborating across departments.
• Participate in the on-call duty rotation after successful onboarding.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Health and or Surgical Technician (OTA).
• Prior experience in an operating room setting is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, openness, and empathy for patients.
