QA Engineer – Remote | (USC) Only

Project Overview:

The South Carolina Justice Agency manages five custom applications. The project team will support, enhance, and modernize these applications through monthly sprint-based delivery.

Project Scope:

• Quality assurance and testing support for custom applications.

• Power BI reporting and dashboard redesign.

• Azure enterprise data platform development and enhancement.

• AI pilot initiatives.

• Data migration for the core offender management system.

• Application modernization using .NET Core and SQL design.

• Security modernization, including identity management, MFA, logging, and CJIS-aligned controls.

• Integration with Microsoft Translator, external agency APIs, and a future content management system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing enterprise applications and complex integrations.

• Experience with government or justice-sector systems.

• Familiarity with CJIS-compliant systems and security requirements is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
