GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions across enterprise applications. This role will partner with technical and business teams to build scalable AI solutions that improve workflows, automation, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts, LLM solutions, RAG capabilities, and agentic AI workflows
• Develop AI-driven automation using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Build and integrate multi-agent solutions using tools such as CrewAI and Azure AI Foundry
• Conduct A/B testing and monitor model behavior, performance, and degradation
• Implement AI observability, explainability, governance, security, and ethical AI practices
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, ML Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders
• Create reusable AI libraries, documentation, and development standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience across AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or Data Science
• Advanced Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry/ML Studio, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RPA, multi-agent frameworks, and AI governance
• Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, transformers, and Model Context Protocols
• Auto insurance claims industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
