Senior Lead UX Researcher

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Lead UX Researcher to drive user-centered strategy across our telecommunications and media-focused automotive platforms. In this role, you'll design and lead mixed-method research to uncover customer needs, inform product roadmaps, and optimize digital experiences used by dealers and consumers worldwide. You'll partner closely with product, design, and engineering, translate insights into clear recommendations, and mentor researchers. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research for key automotive and media products
• Plan and execute mixed-method studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for product and design teams
• Partner with product, design, and engineering on roadmap and prioritization
• Create and maintain research frameworks, personas, and journey maps
• Advocate for user-centered design across Cox Automotive brands
• Mentor junior researchers and elevate research practices
• Communicate findings to executives and stakeholders through reports and workshops
