Senior DTC Manager (Onsite)

You will own the end-to-end eCommerce website roadmap, leveraging data analytics and CRO testing to optimize conversion rates and elevate the customer journey. By combining creative site merchandising with analytical rigor, you will lead cross-functional initiatives across paid digital, email, and subscription channels to maximize revenue. Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive DTC business plans focused on revenue growth, marketing spend, and strategic product assortment. Lead site merchandising strategies, enhancing user experience (UX) and personalizing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Direct conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing to elevate online shopping behavior and engagement. Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, and marketing teams to align digital content with broader business objectives.

Manage eCommerce performance analytics, delivering data-driven recommendations to continuously improve site performance and profitability. Qualifications:7+ years of dedicated experience managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites. Proven expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital analytics. Extensive hands-on technical experience with enterprise-level eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify Plus) and site merchandising tools.

Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment. Bonus PointsPrevious experience managing subscription-based revenue models, product information systems (like Salsify), and localized content strategies.
