Job description

Senior Salesforce QA Analyst - Morden / Hybrid - 70,000 + benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to take ownership of testing across a growing suite of business-critical Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers and operational stakeholders to make sure new functionality, platform changes and integrations are reliable and fit for purpose. The role offers a varied mix of test planning, hands-on manual testing, automation and business-facing UAT.

Automation is an important part of the position. You will build and maintain repeatable automated tests, ideally using Playwright or Cypress, while helping the wider team improve test coverage, traceability and release confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop test strategies, plans, cases and reusable test scripts.
  • Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customised solutions.
  • Build and maintain automated regression tests.
  • Perform manual, regression, integration and performance testing.
  • Test APIs and system integrations.
  • Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Record and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Maintain Salesforce test environments, sandboxes and test data.
  • Report on test execution, coverage, risks and defect trends.
  • Support junior testers and improve QA processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least three years' software-testing experience.
  • A minimum of two years testing Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands-on test-automation experience, ideally with Playwright or Cypress.
  • Experience writing test scripts, test cases and test plans.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce customisations.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla or a similar defect-management platform.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • An organised, quality-focused approach.

Why You Should Apply:

  • Take meaningful ownership of Salesforce quality and release confidence.
  • Work across automation, functional testing, integrations and UAT.
  • Join a collaborative technology environment with scope to improve QA practices.
  • Access healthcare, pension contributions, life assurance and learning support.
  • Benefit from generous annual leave, enhanced parental leave and a cycle-to-work scheme.
