Lead HVAC Technician

Position: Lead HVAC Technician Industry leading facility maintenance company is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, assign work orders and preform inspections.

• Reviews job requests and work orders daily to determine workload priorities.
• Assign work to staff and monitors progress towards completion.
• Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance services to existing HVAC equipment - Installs, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, and fans - Strong commercial experience or institutional experience - Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings - 3 years plus experience in building maintenance.
• Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
