The Role • Perform continuous maintenance in sanitary, heating, and climate systems, adhering to relevant regulations. • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all work and assist with maintaining facility documentation in the CAFM system. • Collaborate effectively within the building services team across all maintenance areas. • Provide expert support for construction and maintenance activities involving other departments and external contractors. • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide essential support as needed. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an installer for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, or a comparable qualification. • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous. • Ability to analyze technical problems, troubleshoot effectively, and implement reliable solutions. • A proactive, team-oriented, and service-driven approach to work, with a willingness for further training. • Several years of professional experience and a valid driver's license (Class B).
