The Role

• Lead a station team within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department.
• Take responsibility for the treatment of children and adolescents, primarily focusing on eating disorders, depression, and anxiety/obsessive-compulsive disorders.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary leadership team of specialist physicians and psychotherapists.
• Engage in internal clinical training, including participation in a comprehensive youth curriculum.
• Pursue scientific work and actively participate in national and international congresses.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated team-oriented approach, sense of responsibility, and leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently with strong professional and social competencies.
• Openness, commitment, flexibility, and a drive for performance.
• German language proficiency.
