Description
This position is a 12-month contract role located in Santa Ana, CA. The Business Analyst I will support pricing operations and export order processing, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and experience with enterprise resource planning systems are essential. Serve as a key operational and analytical support role in export order management and parts pricing management. Manage export sales orders from initiation through final delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time shipments. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to export operations. Provide support for pricing adjustments and updates for regional parts catalogs. Maintain organized records of pricing history and export documentation. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage export sales orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate logistics activities between stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Compile, analyze, and report on export key performance indicators.
Assist in reviewing and updating parts pricing data to ensure accuracy.
Support the preparation and distribution of pricing change communications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in business operations, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with enterprise resource planning systems preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
