Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale child welfare and human services technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements analysis, business process modeling, data analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with experience working on government or public-sector technology projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in government, public-sector, or large enterprise technology projects.
- Strong experience in business process modeling and requirements analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN/workflow modeling.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience creating business and functional requirements and RTMs.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Experience with child welfare, social services, human services, or government information systems.
- Experience supporting state or federal projects.
- Familiarity with CCWIS, child welfare case management, or similar systems.
- Experience working with government program/project teams.
