We are hiring a hands-on, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across India. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who enjoys winning new business, developing strategic accounts, and leading a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Develop and manage strategic industrial accounts
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Lead commercial negotiations and close key opportunities
Coach and develop a small sales team
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
Requirements
8-15 years of B2B sales and business development experience
Proven track record in winning new business and growing key accounts
Experience leading a sales team or regional territory
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Hunter mindset with a hands-on approach to sales
