Job Description
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
- Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements.
- Uphold the professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous nursing experience in hospital, care home, or community settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong clinical and organisational skills.
