Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Washington, DC (Remote) 
Type: Contract
Compensation: $62.50 - $75.00
Security Clearance: Public Trust

Responsibilities
• Support the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD
• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure high-quality service and project success
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements, including development of use cases and testing procedures
• Support environment configuration, release management, and production activities for ServiceNow applications
• Contribute to the creation and configuration of Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs under guidance
• Support automation workflows, perform unit testing, and follow coding standards and best practices
• Help maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials
• Exposure to AI integration within ServiceNow, including Now Assist, third-party LLM APIs, or automated test frameworks is a plus
• Assist with system integrations and support ServiceNow's Suite modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities
• Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, CSS; exposure to Angular JS is a plus
• Ability to support one project with focus and reliability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work east coast core hours and be local to the Washington, DC area
• ServiceNow Certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of AI integration within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and AI Agents, is desirable
• Exposure to system integrations and automation workflows is advantageous
