Role: Principal Data Scientist, AI Leader (Agentic AI & GenAI)

Job Description:

• AI leader to take enterprise AI from pilot to production for clients in regulated, data-intensive industries such as financial services, energy, retail, and telecom.

What you'll do:

• Lead AI strategy, architecture, and delivery Build agentic AI platforms, RAG, and Text-to-SQL solutions
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, with observability and guardrails Deliver end-to-end ML and MLOps pipelines
• Advise CXO-level clients on AI roadmaps and adoption Mentor data scientists and engineers

What you bring:

• 12+ years in IT, with around 5+ years in data science, ML, and AI Hands-on GenAI and agentic AI delivery, with strong Python Experience with LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, and fine-tuning
• Working knowledge of a major cloud AI stack, ideally Azure A record of measurable business outcomes
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder skills
