Summary: • Develop machine learning, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights. • Build and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) while implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and agentic workflows. • Extract information from diverse data formats and generate clear data visualizations to communicate critical findings. • Guide technical teams through analytic development and transition prototype models into production environments.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $276k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop and implement machine learning, statistical, and heuristic techniques to create descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. • Design, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex natural language processing tasks and information retrieval. • Utilize GPU-based computing resources to accelerate model training, evaluation, and operational deployment. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to construct feature vectors and write extraction scripts for SQL tables, structured metadata, and network logs. • Prototype, tune, and evaluate algorithms using standard performance metrics such as cross-validation, ROC curves, and confusion matrices. • Design experiments and models to collect or simulate data when primary training datasets are unavailable. • Create data visualizations and reports that provide clear insight into dataset structure and meaning. • Lead technical analytic development efforts and integrate prototype algorithms into production workflows.
