Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Experience working with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
• Own product requirements for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) programs.
• Work across Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from multiple business stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, issues, dependencies, and priorities across multiple programs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Collaborate with business, IT, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business needs.
• Track issues and requirements using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Apply baseline knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes.
