The Birner Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple markets, manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline, and play a critical role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do- Manage a high-volume pipeline of open positions across multiple markets
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other creative recruiting channels
- Review applications and quickly identify top talent
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with hiring recommendations
- Partner with leaders to fill positions quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process
- Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through hire
- At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience required
- Ability to successfully manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools preferred
