The Birner Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple markets, manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline, and play a critical role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of open positions across multiple markets
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other creative recruiting channels
• Review applications and quickly identify top talent
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with hiring recommendations
• Partner with leaders to fill positions quickly and efficiently
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process
• Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through hire

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience required
• Ability to successfully manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools preferred
• Passion for helping people find rewarding career opportunities
