Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED - SCHOOL ROOF BUILD Location: Malvern, Worcestershire We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a roofing project at a school in Malvern. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the roofing project Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers Liaise with the school, client and other project stakeholders Monitor programme, quality and costs Ensure all health &amp; safety requirements are met Resolve site issues and keep the project moving to schedule Maintain clear project records and reporting We are looking for: Proven experience managing construction/roofing projects Strong organisational and communication skills Good understanding of health &amp; safety and site procedures Ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors Experience working on live or occupied sites, ideally schools or similar environments Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS/CSCS would be advantageous Project: School roof build<br />Location: Malvern, Worcestershire<br />Start: ASAP<br />Duration: 45 Weeks If you have the experience and are available for this project, please get in touch with your CV, availability and day rate/salary expectations.
