RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Field Service Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Commission and install advanced diagnostic instrumentation to agreed timescales and specifications. 2. Perform preventive maintenance to planned schedules and quality standards. 3. Independently complete corrective service actions while remaining fully compliant with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures. 4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong communication, technical ability, and commitment to rapid response and high system uptime. ROLE

REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Field Service Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1. Electrical/Electronic qualification essential (HNC, HND, City & Guilds or equivalent). 2. Proven industry experience in electro-mechanical, electronic, or related engineering fields. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT infrastructure and networked environments, including TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, Windows operating systems, and device configuration. This role is fully remote, and requires travel to clients' sites to provided critical support to healthcare facilities. You will be equipped with the tools and resources needed to excel, including an iPad-based application for service reports and effective consignment and car stock management.
