Program Manager - Data Ops

As a Program Manager - Data Ops within the India Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing technical customer projects and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will bridge project delivery with core technical execution, working closely with Systems Engineers, Computer Vision/AI specialists, Product, and Data & Operations teams. A critical focus of this role is leading technical performance initiatives—such as projects to optimize client Transaction Loss Prevention—and driving specialized internal and customer-facing delivery tracks projects, and Pre-annotation workflows. You should be a self-starter with strong technical aptitude who is proud to strive for excellence.
