Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Viramgam, responsible for overseeing financial operations, controls, and reporting for ARV Companies. This role includes managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and supervising month-end and year-end closing activities. The Financial Controller will monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost structures, provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, reviewing reconciliations and ledgers, coordinating audits, improving internal control systems, and preparing management reports for senior leadership. The role also involves partnering with operational and commercial teams to evaluate project viability, track performance metrics, and support long-term financial planning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, analyze, and present accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, or a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in controlling, budgeting, and audit coordination within manufacturing or multi-business environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial software, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Indian tax and regulatory frameworks are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building effective financial controls and processes.
