Management Controller

Department: Finance / Operational Controller Management Control

Qualification: CMA / CMA Inter (Freshers)

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Commercial Schemes Support

• Assist in preparation of vertical commercial schemes under guidance of senior controllers.
• Support in compiling Marginal Contribution and Cash Flow reports by Channel/Region.
• Help in reconciliation of Monthly Sales Register with Financial GLs for Sales/COGS.

• Monthly Book Close Assistance

• Support trial balance scrutiny and preparation of financial database.
• Assist in variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast/Budget/LY) with commentaries.
• Contribute to preparation of monthly management P&L and reconciliation with financial P&L.

• Forecasting and Budgeting

• Participate in preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget under supervision.
• Assist in calculation of commercial variances and ad hoc product P&L.

• Cost Analysis Support

• Work with senior team members on profit reconciliation between management and financial accounting.
• Provide analytical inputs for cost control and performance improvement.

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis Basics: Ability to learn and apply financial analysis with accuracy and integrity.
• Controlling & Business Modeling: Exposure to cost management and decision-making support.
• Data Mining & Reporting: Basic knowledge of Excel; willingness to learn SAP, Tableau, Power BI.

Transversal Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data rigorously and support decision-making.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to new processes and structures.
• Intellectual Curiosity: Open to learning, receptive to new ideas, and adaptable to business needs.

Desired Profile

• Fresh CMA / CMA Inter with strong academic foundation in cost and management accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or BI tools is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in Profitability Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
• Preferably with exposure or internship experience in Dairy/Food Manufacturing.

Reporting Structure

Will report to Head - Management Controller (B2C) for the entity.
