Supply Chain O9 consultant

<>Job Summary

We are looking for an o9 Functional Consultant to support o9 Solutions implementations and enhancements across supply-chain planning. The consultant will work with business users and senior functional consultants to understand requirements, configure planning solutions, perform testing, and provide production support.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Support o9 Solutions configuration for supply-chain planning processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Assist in implementing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Configure and maintain o9 models, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, attributes, and business rules.
• Support development of planning workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect validation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to planning data, forecasts, supply plans, inventory, and system configuration.
• Work with technical/integration teams to validate data flowing into and out of o9.
• Support master-data validation, including product, location, customer, supplier, and planning hierarchy data.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and assist with o9 enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

<>Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Demand Planning / Supply Planning.
• Exposure to o9 Solutions is Mandatory.
• Good understanding of one or more:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Planning
  • S&OP / IBP
  • Forecasting
  • Replenishment Planning
• Understanding of planning master data, hierarchies, measures, attributes, and business rules.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, and testing.
• Good knowledge of Excel; basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
