Senior Performance Engineering Lead (NeoLoad / SAP)

Lead enterprise performance engineering strategy, governance, and load testing for SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, and digital applications.

Define workload models, NFRs, SLAs/SLOs, performance benchmarks, capacity planning, and scalability standards.

Lead performance test planning and execution across SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare, including stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing.

Implement and manage NeoLoad, automated performance regression testing, monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause resolution.

Requirements: 12+ years of IT experience, 8+ years in performance engineering/load testing, 5+ years leading initiatives, expert NeoLoad skills, relevant SAP enterprise experience, and a bachelor's degree; remote/hybrid with onsite visits to Middletown, PA.
