Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads within the Czech market for cutting-edge IT solutions.
• Identify prospective clients and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the tech industry.
• Conduct professional consultative sales calls to demonstrate how our IT services add value to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and close high-value sales deals while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the Information Technology (IT) industry to provide expert guidance to our clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the Information Technology (IT) sector.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving and sales growth.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within our diverse, multinational office environment.
