HR AssociateLondon
Investment Sector Competitive + Benefits
Immediate Start Available
Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and enjoys being at the heart of HR operations? We are partnering with a highly respected investment organisation to recruit an HR Associate who will play a critical role in delivering first-class HR support across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to develop their career within a prestigious investment environment, working closely with an experienced Head of HR and gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Please note: This is a genuinely operational, long-term HR role with a clear and stable remit. The organisation is seeking someone who enjoys HR operations and administration excellence, rather than a role expected to evolve into a broader HR Business Partner position in the near future. The requirement for 4 days per week in the London office is a firm and long-term expectation of the role.
As HR Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, ensuring that all employee processes are managed accurately, professionally, and in line with best practice. You will support a highly professional workforce across onboarding, payroll, employee documentation, HR systems, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, reporting, compliance, and employee support.
This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a demanding and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly payroll processes and ensure all employee changes are accurately processed.
- Manage contracts, offer letters, employment documentation, and employee correspondence.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS.
- Administer benefits, pensions, and leave processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
- Produce HR reports, maintain trackers, and support compliance and audit activity.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, interview scheduling, candidate management, and pre-employment screening.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, policy updates, and wider Human Capital initiatives.
About You
- Experience within HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a similar HR support role.
- Strong payroll administration experience and an understanding of deadline-driven processes.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Confidence drafting employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Experience working with HR systems and producing HR reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, discreet, and service-focused approach.
- The confidence to research issues independently and recommend solutions.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Apply?
- Join a highly regarded investment organisation with a strong reputation in its market.
- Work directly alongside senior HR leadership and gain broad HR exposure.
- Be part of a collaborative, professional, and high-performing culture.
- Secure a stable, long-term HR Operations opportunity with a clearly defined remit.
- Immediate start available for the right candidate.
If you are an organised and ambitious HR professional looking for a career-enhancing opportunity within the investment sector and are comfortable with a long-term 4-day office-based working pattern, we would love to hear from you.
