Job Description

Some highlights of the role: 

  • Research using an internal and external database for pertinent information on existing clients, prospective clients and related parties and to determine the status of relevant matters in order to establish whether conflicts of interests exist
  • 3-5 years as a Manager managing a conflicts team ( you will have about 4 people reporting to you)
  • Experience using Intapp Open and/or Intapp Conflicts (preferred)
  • Experience using research applications such as S&P Capital IQ, Dun & Bradstreet Family Tree Portal, Hoovers Business Report, LSEG_World-Check-One and interpreting the results on a company’s subsidiaries/affiliates produced by those systems
