We're looking for a Director of Human Resources who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution — someone who understands that in a practice built around compassionate patient care, taking care of our people isn't a side function, it's the foundation everything else stands on. What You'll Do
Develop and lead the organization's overall HR strategy, aligning people’s initiatives with practice growth goals
Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, ensuring the practice attracts and retains top clinical and administrative talent
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
Lead employee relations efforts, fostering a positive, high-integrity workplace culture
Ensure compliance with employment law, healthcare workforce regulations, and practice policy across all locations
Build and mentor an HR team capable of supporting a growing, multi-site organization
Partner with practice leadership and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development
Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and HRIS systems
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred)
Significant progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or a multi-site organization
Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare workforce compliance
Proven ability to lead HR strategy while remaining comfortable with hands-on, day-to-day execution
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive personnel matters
Note: This position may require travel between multiple practice locations.
