Job Description
Do you want to represent a company with an excellent reputation, a clear vision, and a strong customer-service culture? We’re seeking a
Territory / Account Manager to lead business development and account retention efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory. In this role, you’ll combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help organizations improve their facilities while growing your career with a successful, Atlanta-based company.
Our client has been providing facility services since 2008, earning outstanding reviews and a reputation for reliability, value, and innovative solutions. Their team is built on customer service, attention to detail, and mutual support—and they’re looking for someone who shares these values. Manage and grow a defined territory by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue goals. Conduct site visits to assess facility needs and recommend tailored service solutions.
Network within the community and engage in prospecting activities, including cold calls and follow-ups. Provide responsive customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support. Manage and increase the gross margin generated from your territory / account base. Experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or business development. Ability (or willingness to learn) to evaluate facility conditions and recommend services.
High emotional intelligence and genuine interest in helping clients improve their operations. Base salary plus monthly bonuses based on territory gross margin — earn more as you perform and grow book of business. Company car, phone, and laptop provided. A career opportunity with a growing, reputable local business. A supportive culture built on sales, customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is desired but not required.
·
Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a similar role.
·
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
·
Familiarity with the service industry and project-based work is a plus. If you’re motivated by helping customers, closing sales, and growing with a company that values service and results, we’d love to speak with you.
