Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is looking for a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

The Software Engineer will collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.

• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services where applicable.

• Work with databases and integrate applications with external services.

• Perform unit testing and contribute to application quality and reliability.

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance and scalability.

• Document technical solutions, processes, and development activities.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience working with microservices or cloud-based applications.
