We’re Hiring: ITS Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
 
Looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join an exciting hybrid team in Denver!
 
Location: Denver, CO (Local candidates only)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite every Tuesday)
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview
 
Key Skills & Expertise We're Looking For
  • Requirements Engineering: Expertise in creating clear, testable BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Vendor & Scope Management: Experience acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • UAT & Training Coordination: Hands-on experience driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test scripts, and creating training plans/job aids.
  • Production Support & Issue Triaging: Strong problem-solving skills to reproduce bugs, analyze log files, and document steps-to-reproduce for technical teams.
 Position Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT/ITS Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
