We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to help lead a 24-bed residential mental health unit serving children and adolescents. In this role, you will oversee treatment delivery and provide supervision and guidance to milieu staff. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, maintaining best-practice standards, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment for those we serve.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unit
- Supervise and mentor milieu staff to support quality care and professional development
- Evaluate and strengthen the therapeutic milieu to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
- Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate service
Qualities best suited for the position:
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who demonstrates:

- Skill in assessing, evaluating, and improving therapeutic environments
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism, sound judgment, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting change
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential treatment setting
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
