The Role • Lead and manage customer relations on construction sites within the Sanitary, Heating, and Ventilation sectors. • Supervise and guide installation and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are completed according to contract specifications. • Prepare accurate measurement-based documentation for contract fulfillment. • Manage the logistics of materials and personnel for ongoing projects. • Liaise directly with planners, architects, and other trade professionals. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a service technician or a comparable qualification in Sanitary, Heating, or Ventilation technology. • Proven experience with technical building equipment, industrial piping, or plant construction projects. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Management or Lead Installer role. • Proficiency in German at a minimum of B2 level. • Additional qualifications such as welding certifications or specific training in site management are advantageous.
