The Role

• Performing timely production of high-precision mechanical parts for switch manufacturing.
• Fabricating large switch components using conventional machinery.
• Operating conventional planing machines and CNC milling machines.
• Adhering to designated quality standards.
• Inspecting manufactured parts against technical drawings to ensure compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in a metalworking trade (e.g., CNC machinist, fitter, industrial mechanic, mechanic, plant mechanic, metalworker).
• Experience operating conventional planing, milling, or grinding machines.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• A strong sense of quality and responsibility.
• Potential for conversion after at least six months based on performance.
