Recognized as a top employer, it fosters a values-driven culture that prioritizes employee well-being, growth, and a supportive environment. **The Role** • Serve as a technical team lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of fleet synthetic training events. • Communicate with leadership regarding technical issues, new requirements, and resource challenges. • Coordinate and plan systems and personnel support with various training teams and personnel. • Lead the technical team in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend updates. • Support event testing and execution as a technical lead. • Maintain and enhance modeling and simulation tools based on current military capabilities and doctrine. **What You'll Need** • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma. • Linux and/or Microsoft professional certification. • Security+ certification. • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance. • Familiarity with networking concepts, architectures, and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP). • Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS). **What's On Offer** • Competitive salary range. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans. • Opportunities for educational and training programs for career growth. • A supportive and welcoming work environment.
