Job Description

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure administration, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and End User Computing (EUC).
Administer and support Nerdio Manager for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 environments.
Deploy, configure, and manage AVD host pools, session hosts, app groups, workspaces, and FSLogix profiles.
Manage Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Backup, Entra ID, and RBAC.
Implement auto-scaling, image lifecycle management, cost optimization, and performance tuning using Nerdio.
Configure Azure security features including Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Policies, Microsoft Defender, and identity protection.
Troubleshoot AVD performance, connectivity, user profile, and networking issues while ensuring high availability.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
Support patching, golden image updates, change management, disaster recovery, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cloud, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure virtual desktop solutions.
